Welcome to Harvest Hope Farm! We are excited to share our farm, animals, mission, and programs with you. Please read and respect the following Terms and Conditions for your safety, privacy, and understanding.

Assumption of Risk

By visiting Harvest Hope Farm or participating in any of our activities, you acknowledge that farm activities involve inherent risks, including interaction with animals, uneven terrain, and outdoor conditions. You assume full responsibility for any personal injury, property damage, or other loss that may occur during your visit or participation.

Animal Interaction Guidelines

All visitors must treat our animals with care and respect. Please do not feed, chase, or handle animals unless guided by a Harvest Hope Farm staff member. We are not responsible for injuries resulting from animal interactions.

Event Registration and Payment

We accept event registrations and donations online through secure credit card processing.
We also accept checks by mail for events, donations, or other payments.
All sales, event registrations, and donations are non-refundable unless canceled by Harvest Hope Farm.
If an event is canceled by Harvest Hope Farm (for reasons like severe weather or other emergencies), we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Donation Policy

Harvest Hope Farm is a registered nonprofit organization. Donations are tax-deductible as permitted by law. Donation receipts are provided upon request or at the time of donation.

Newsletter and Communications

By signing up for our newsletter or filling out our contact forms, you agree to receive updates from Harvest Hope Farm. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in every email.

Privacy and Data Security

Your personal information (such as your name, email address, mailing address, and payment information) is collected for the purpose of processing event registrations, donations, newsletter subscriptions, and communications. Visitor Conduct

Harvest Hope Farm is a place of hope, respect, and community. Visitors are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, volunteers, animals, other guests, and farm property. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the premises.

Photo and Video Consent

By attending our farm or events, you grant permission for Harvest Hope Farm to use photographs or videos taken during your visit for promotional purposes, including on our website, social media, and printed materials. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify a staff member.

Liability Waiver

Participation in activities at Harvest Hope Farm is at your own risk. You agree to release Harvest Hope Farm, its staff, and volunteers from any and all claims of liability arising from your participation.
